Development of Mobile App for Jewellery shop Management

Introduction

This document contains the requirements that are captured in our requirement gathering meeting. The points mentioned will be verified and confirmed by the client, so that Banibro can start working on the requirement mentioned in this document. Additional points can be added in the project at any point of time but it will be added as a new requirement.

Purpose

To list and explain the requirements of Jewels The solution should help them to track the incoming and outgoing transactions between Jewels and its partnered goldsmiths.

Business Requirements

Context

Need two types of interfaces, one mobile interface and another for management. The Admin panel will manage all the data recorded in the mobile interface.

Mobile App

Functional Requirements

At first the order will be requested to the goldsmith via the Management User interface with the required jewels submitted. The goldsmith will add other accessories in those jewels based on the order requested. After completion of the order, in the time of submitting physically the jewels they will be updating the details of work and the data regarding the work recorded. These data will be validated by an in-charge from jewels. Admin will be reviewing the details and should have the details as report. The charges/wages for the goldsmiths will be added based on the masters configured. Daily backup will be saved locally in the systems. The data recorded in the applications can be deleted by the admin.

Requests viewing screen to see the orders and the diamonds provided.

List wise view.

On clicking an order the details page should be visible (or) Excel like view to enter the details regarding the job.

Some fields data will be given by Jewels (from masters).

Labor charge display calculated based on the calculation provided.

Validating order and products received.

Option to mention if received quantity is low.

Option to add the return details.

Damaged product details also entering facility needed with the reason.

After the mandatory details given submit the details.

Goldsmith profile option for his personal tracking of the completed orders and the amount earned.
