Sales Module
There are numerous modules. But the major modules sales module.
Step 1:
After entering the sales module. The first step is to add all the customer details with the customer’s company name and various details in the customer screen.
To add new customer details, click on the create option.
Then add all the information such as their name, address, and contact person details.
And, additional information such as Trade licensing Number and the expiry date for the particular license can also be added.
In case of the completion of the trade license expiry date the system sends a prior reminder before 30 days stating the expiration.
Under Invoicing the company’s bank details and accounting entries such as accounts receivable and account payable are added.
Step 2:
Then under sales management ->Quotations. Quotation details of the company’s clients are displayed with details such as
Quotation Number
Created Date
Delivery Date
Expected Date
Total sales order and value
To create a new quotation there is an option called new, after entering the new option the details of the quotation are added.
The quotation details price value can be customized according to the company’s requirement either in USD or in Dirhams.
In case of sample products Free of cost option to be clicked.
And the delivery terms can be chosen accordingly.
The purchase order number and date help know the customer purchase.
In the product line the product details are to be provided.
Once the quotation has been formed it can be sent for approval to the client’s accounts department and it is converted into sale order.
All the applied options are provided in the sale order menu where you can view the sales order.
Step 3:
After the confirmation of sale order options like delivery order.
Under delivery order details like driver’s name and delivery date are mentioned.
After the completion of delivery invoice can be created.
The invoices can be viewed from the sales order.
After invoice creation you can post the invoice and register the payment modes
